Each day your young baker will be baking\, filling\, stacking and decorating a cake. All cakes will be made from scratch along with the fillings and buttercream.  We will be working with both buttercream and fondant for various cake decorating effects. Bakers will have the opportunity to make drip cakes\, ombre cakes\, confetti cakes\, rosette cakes and a celebration cake of their own design. all recipes are new from week to week and summer to summer.  Your baker will need to bring an apron\, water bottle\, lunch and a cake carrier to bring their delicious masterpieces home. Everything else will be provided for your baker. Early drop-off is possible if needed.
