SUMMER HEAT NOTICE
During the heat of the summer (July and August), Creative Twist Events strongly discourages any outdoor balloon installs. There are a few exceptions, but in general, we feel your overall experience and
satisfaction will be much better by allowing us to install indoors.
During 95+ degree days, we have no control over what will happen
with our balloons. We have had instances where they stayed up and looked great for 8-12 hours in the sun, but we have also had them begin to pop after a couple of hours. The exceptions would be a shaded,
covered, or partially air conditioned outdoor area.
If you want the balloons outdoors anyways, we will definitely do
that for you. We just have to let you know that in most cases, we will not
be able to return after installation to fix anything that has popped or
fallen. We will, however, do our best to try.
We will not be able to give any refunds due to weather.
