When We Create – Fall 2023

Join us for a series of unique creative workshops designed to help you get to know yourself better while exploring various artistic mediums and chatting with cool people in a relaxing atmosphere.

Each time we meet, we embrace a stronger understanding of self, growing in self-confidence, nurturing what we love and letting go what doesn’t serve us. We do this through conversation and art-making: drawing, painting, sculpting, collage, writing. We regenerate, find new ways of seeing and rekindle our inspiration and curiosity for life by being playful and non-judgmental with out creativity. We find out inner voice and express ourselves freely.

We will meet at Creative Twist from 6:30-8:30PM on these Thursdays:

–September 21 – Establishing Ground. Tune in to yourself through art
–October 5 – Strengthening Roots. Use creativity to move past mental clutter
–October 19 – Nurturing Growth. Connect with your tribe by creating together
–November 2 – Awakening Creativity. Channel creativity to nurture personal growth
–November 16 – Embracing Power. Express self-worth and self-confidence
–November 30 – Cultivating Compassion. Cultivate compassion through creative acts
–December 7 – Finding Voice. Embrace the power of your voice and ideas

No special skills required, just come as you are, and bring an open mind. Art materials and light refreshments will be provided. $35/person. Eventbrite (find tickets) or Venmo @risingheartcoach.
