This adorable event was designed to let the kids experience the joy of “adopting” their very own stuffed puppy, complete with fun activities to personalize their new furry friends.

A Ruff-tastic Welcome

As guests arrived, they were greeted by an eye-catching display featuring a bold “Ruff Ruff” backdrop, playful balloon garlands in the birthday girl’s favorite colors: shades of purple, orange, and white (with adorable paw print accents), and our treat wall stocked with plush puppies eagerly waiting to find their forever homes. The vibrant color palette was very unique and a combination we have never done before! It was cheerful, making the space feel festive and inviting.

Adopt-A-Pup Station

The heart of the party was the Adopt-A-Pup Station, where each child got to choose their favorite stuffed puppy. From fluffy poodles to cuddly bulldogs, every pup had its own charm, and the excitement on the kids’ faces as they picked their new best friend was priceless.

Designing Dream Dog Houses

Next, it was time to get creative! The kids moved on to the Puppy House Decorating Station, where they personalized little cardboard dog houses. Armed with colorful markers, stickers, and decorative supplies, they turned simple white houses into cozy homes for their new pets. This hands-on activity was a hit, sparking imagination and artistic flair.

Custom Leather Collars With Charms

No puppy is complete without a collar, so we set up a Leather Collar Craft Station where kids could design custom collars for their stuffed friends. Using colorful leather strips, beads, and charms, they crafted stylish accessories that added a personal touch to their pups’ new look.

Treats & Tail Wags

Of course, no party is complete without snacks! Mom was able to order the cutest bone shaped pretzels from the local bakery. All the kids were so excited about them! It sure was a hit.

Our Puppy Adoption Party was filled with laughter, creativity, and lots of puppy love. It was heartwarming to see the kids bond with their new stuffed pets while enjoying crafts and activities that encouraged self-expression.
